  10. What is DBDLGMailer ?
  11.  
  12.     => A program that uses the DLG BB/OS database to print stickers,
  13.     lists, enveloppes, etc, with name / address / coutry, etc of
  14.     your users...

  16. How much configurable is it ?

  18.     => 100% : You can exactely choose the format of the output ! You
  19.     choose a list of variables (like "name" or "street"), put a string
  20.     before, a string after, nothing or an EOL ... Just choose :-))

  22. Easy to use ?

  24.     => 80% GUI. Not too difficult to understant, but a manual will soon
  25.     complete this lach :-)

  27. What is the first step ?

  29.     => Run DBDLGMailer... It first reads your users (30s for 250 users
  30.     on a normal Amiga) and then displays three choices. If it complaints
  31.     about something before that, just write me an email ...

  33. What is "Edit users" ?
  34.  
  35.     => If you don't want some users, like yourself, being printed, add
  36.     them to the twitlist ... I am sorry that you cannot remove them
  37.     without quitting, but it will be done. The number "3. edit users"
  38.     isn't implemented yet. But when you enter a name the programe do for
  39.     you A FULL REAL-TIME research, for example typing "de" will display
  40.     the first user which name starts with "de"
  41.     Typing RETURN instead of a number goes back to the main menu.

  43. How does "Configuration" works ?

  45.     => You must provide a list of the items you want to print/save by
  46.     clicking on the number of the item... You will have to answer
  47.     some questions with requesters. IMPORTANT : Change the requester,
  48.     and then (very strange, sorry) click BELOW THAT REQUESTER TO
  49.     receive the next question ... And you cannot anymore change the
  50.     requester, which is "dead" ... I am sorry of that, but I will
  51.     change it. At the end, choose "End" if it is the last field,
  52.     "Return" if it is an end of a line, and "Noline" if you want the
  53.     next field on the same line ...

  55. How do I print each user on a different PAGE ???

  57.     => The printers are ejecting the current page when receiving the
  58.     ASCII VALUE 12 ( chr$(12) ) also known as (CTRL-L or ^L), so just
  59.     add that ascii value with "ASC" and 12 in the last item :-))

  61. How do I PRINT the results directly ?

  63.     => When the program (in the first choice of main menu) asks for
  64.     filename, just answer "prt:" (without quotes ;-)
